What do you make of this? Sounds like good news to me, but North Korea has not always lived up to its word.

(Reuters) - North Korea has agreed with the United States to suspend major elements of its atomic weapons program in a surprise breakthrough that could pave the way for the resumption of long-stalled nuclear disarmament talks with the secretive state.

Sure they can stop nuclear testing for a while to appease the Americans and get the 240,000 tonnes of food aid, but I don't believe for one second that they'll ever let go of the nukes they already have.

so north korea goes on food stamps too? swweeeett I feel for the American tax payers.

I can't wait to see the food delivered and then have the nuclear inspectors thrown out again for the Nth time xDD
