Scientifically: I'll be broken down into meaningless particles floating around my grave, then enters the earth slowly. Then these elements broken down from me have chemical reactions and goes to feed plants, or it can be inhaled by another human, and then, after some time and also with luck, one of those particles become the building block of a new baby, thus in a way I am reborn once again.

Philosophically: there's nothing so just enjoy this life lol
