This site was created "ages" ago, many topics were created since back then, many people are still coming around and don't have time to read the millions of topics created so, leave it!

If someone opened a topic saying something already said but it's still in Hey-Ai regulations, leave it or tell the mods don't play the mod! If someone is outspoken its opinion and you don't agree, talk, don't force to make this person thinking the same way as you! If you didn't convince the person, just leave it but NEVER humiliate or make fun of their thoughts or ideas.
