Asian men + Black women = Possible ?

I'm totally open minded about seeing a girl from any race. Unfortunately, my interest has drifted into the most difficult of categories. I'm an Asian male who's currently attracted to black females. I know it all depends on the person, and what they're attracted to. But I just don't want to approach someone and have them think, "Oh he's good in math, is very passive, and messes around on the computer a lot."

There is a real cute black gal in my class !! But she seems to mix with friends of her race mostly. Is this somewhat their culture ? Do you think she will like me? am i weird ?.

Anything is possible. There are a lot of black girls who would date Asian guys or at least give them a fair shot. To be honest, if you carry yourself right, it doesn't matter if she likes Asians, she will like YOU.

Being that she's in your class, you already have a better shot at it than most guys would. Since you're concerned about her projecting the Asian stereotype onto you, you need to manage her perception of you before you actually approach her. While you're in her presence (class, lunch, whatever else), demonstrate traits that break the stereotype, such as confidence, leadership, decisiveness, spontaneity, humour and athleticism without coming off as a show boating jackass. Let her get to know you through observing your interactions with other people first, then once you're comfortable that she has the correct perception of you, start including her in your interactions and go from there.

Of course it's possible.
Just get to know her on a friendship level first, let her get to know you and after that if there's a spark then something will develop if it's meant to be.
People have preferences though so you might get burned a few times but also you might get lucky.
