artists dont do art for free (there are exceptions if they wanna be nice)
but we sit on it many hours u know...just saying

it can be considered practice. I would do it if i KNEW how to draw manga.... Or humans. But I am not that kinda artist.

Well, I'm pretty sure OP or other painters didn't get paid for their previous arts. As well as Admins, Moderators of Hey-Ai & other contributors in forum who don't get any financial reward for the time they spend on here. On the other hand, there are donators who threw in some coins & banknotes to keep the site afloat without anything more in return.
Anyway, there is NO obligation of any kind, of course. Just trying to revive a thread, not asking anything for myself.

While browsing forum, & this thread in particular, I just felt kind of sad it was totally forgotten, while many other much less interesting ones get pop up back every once in a too frequent while.
I'm sure someone else is going to request a portrait soon, if you still agree to draw it.

I agree this thread could be fun. but sooometimes, other fun stuff pops up too. I remember the secret santa times. Man, those blew my mind. But for some reason I don't think that stuff would hit off as much now, as it did back then. Maybe we should all be brainstorming and try to find better threads. However, in my personal opinion, not enough people post the forums.... it's usually the same people

I mean I’d be down to find fun ways to just make people more interested in being active:-) also if anyone actually makes drawings maybe this could help them make some income??
