Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Thai (Thai and Indian are interchangeable). I have had the other dishes from other asian countries I believe.

Tough choice between Korean and Thai for me... but I have had more Korean dishes than Thai, so I guess I'll have to go with that.

I've been asked a similar question: If you were to choose a type of cuisine to have every single day of your life, what would it be?
It would probably be Japanese for me, there's so much variety everything from ramen to curries to steaks...and of course SUSHIIIIII

If cholesterol wasn't an issue, it would have to be Chinese since Cantonese flavours and how they prepare seafood and noodles hit the spot. And they have lots of congees

Second would be Japanese since I really do love raw seafood the most, ramen, and they deep fry everything so well

However, I would choose Japanese cuisine if I were to eat it the rest of my life. And I'll eat while listening to X Japan

I've eaten jap, korean, indian, thai and chinese. And Chinese is the TOP 10/10 on my THE ONE AND ONLY list.

In short. If I want to treat myself to something amazing, I Will always go for the chinese cuisine.

despite being 90% soya sauce, mirin, and sake, japanese dishes always leaves me satisfied.

Green curry / panang curry, and basil fried rice....Thai.
