jeffrey dahmer should have done some self-reflecting and figured out what he's good at and what he could have done or was doing right. then he would have taken all of the crazy out of his head. (omg, life could have been so much easier for him if only he had seen it.)

he could have been a genius for all we know.
that's right, i brought him up out of nowhere because a tv show about him was on fairly recently. he had some serious "house cleaning" to do but he avoided it and went into territories beyond belief.

anyway, there are so many impressing things to discover about a person if only they check and CHOOSE to go down the right path. otherwise, they will only make things worse for themselves, ofc.

I like who I am today, but it's I remember where I came from too.

I like my present self but never looked back in the past in the childhood being in the hospital twice as an infant is lead poisoning and other is having a scar when I was 6 from having surgery in bladder due to Vesicoureteral reflux.
Not everyone has the best childhood but it takes a strong person to overcome issues in life and find inner peace within themselves.

As someone who has high self expectation, I strive to be better everyday!
With that said and looking back to myself in the past, I am more than happy with where I am today.

No one is perfect but it is important to be strive for perfection! Never be satisfied with yourself and always want to learn and change yourself for the better!

It's not easy to always like yourself, especially when you go through tough times. But you constantly change. You gain new experiences and (hopefully) learn new things. You are not the same person when you are 40 that you were at 20. But hopefully you have some inner strength that keeps you going through the storms.

i feel ive reached the top of the bell curve. its all going to be down hill from here.
