Something in line with this truth...people, when it comes to interpersonal relationships, are much more emotional than we are rational and make most decisions based on our emotional mood at the time.

Yes and No.

Men are visual creatures and are primarily (initially?) attracted to the physical aspects of a woman.

But I do think they are capable of love(ing), although the notion of love (so many types) itself is maybe a topic better discussed outside of this forum.


Conversely, I don't subscribe to the bullshit general notion that physical looks are not a criteria when women talk about attraction to men (amongst other things).
However I think their priorities differ and (in terms of a long term partner at least) they may place more emphasis on financial stability, the man being able to provide support (emotional or material) and not being a sociopath (in general?).

It also helps if you can say the right things to hit all the right "buttons" and appear sincere about it, but that can arguably be classified under "emotional support".

Anyway I'm no expert and don't claim to be one, it's all just my humble (or perhaps not so humble) opinion.

when you found out, that you are not the only one but one of many. the ugly truth is that this person hide it from the beginning and you have to experienced it in an indirect way...
