I'm not great at photos but here's a couple of my favourites that I took

Just got into Photography, here are a couple of photos I took in Boston, USA

There's this phenemonon called the Blood Moon. It occurs during a total lunar eclipse when the sun ray's go through the atmosphere, refract from earth and bounces off the moon. The blue light gets filtered out and what is ultimately reflecting back is this spectacular reddish bright hue.

I never cared much for either astronomy or photograhy but it was late last year when I recall seeing my first one. Or at least the first notable one. I was out jogging in the early morning and in the sky, I noticed this moon so unusually large and glowing red. I was just standing there gobsmacked. Sadly I only had my phone on me and so the pics don't really do it much justice. Because in real life, it was so incredibly large, you can see the craters in detail and the reddish light glowing from the moon, was much more brighter in reality.

Anyways below are the pics snapped from my phone. If you want to capture this natural beauty, just lookup the astronomical charts for the next Blood Moon that is visible in your part of the globe, wake up early, bring a DSLR camera and you will have a truly magnificent rare sight to take pics of.

Using a Sony A6000 and Lightroom to edit.
