Is it hard to find a girl at her early 20 but has a mature mindset like 30?

At 20, unless you've experienced harsh times, adversities or just a roller-coaster full of emotions that have jaded you, ain't nobody going to be "mature". Strange question. Why? Because maturity is highly subjective just like personal preferences. Maturity goes out the window when you really feel for someone.

why don't you say you wanna find a 20 year old girl with mature mindset like 50, or 75, that would be much easier to find.

finding the right one is all about compatibility, which is mutual; that's why find true love can be relatively hard. Any sort of one-sided, generalized standard will only hurt you. have you thought of the possibility that one day you find the your "mature" dream girl and she thinks that you are immature and not good enough?

I think everyone has their own definition of maturity. I find it nowadays most can't communicate on an emotional when they need to nor face a problem with the right attitude both genders.
