it would be strange if a man wears more makeup than me. but if he needs it to feel more comfortable, its totally his choice.
I think everyone should take care of skin problems and look clean. in my opinion everyone should use products for facial care. I know some men who use something like transparent powder at least. it is attractive if someone does not shine like a pig, no matter whether woman or man.
A well-groomed appearance is important, but of course everyone can do what they want.

There is no should or shouldn't.
Men: wear make up if you want
Women: if you don't like men without/with make up, find the opposite
