Is it possible to us to access their full names and the location of their program's department?

It's important to make everything as clear as possible, including identification, regarding to donations.

I asked them if it’s okay for me to use their full name, but they told me that they are not comfortable with that because they’d get embarrassed if their friends found out about this. I even had to use a pic of them that didn’t have their face showing. I can give you the name of the school or academy that they went to. The location for one is Los Angeles, CA and the other one is Orange County, CA.
