The post was well intended and it's not terrible, but I think that it could use some extra brainstorming, especially on what the admins envision for the website.

Be genuine, positive, and supportive

Being genuine is a given. There will always be that one person that's not genuine, so in the end, it just becomes pedantic parenting -- not worth mentioning. This isn't a big deal though.
But for the main concern of this part, you wonder, how often do you hear 'be positive' in other languages? Are you sure you're not pulling this phrase out of American pop culture?
As written in that section, it does sound simple.

Is encouraging boy/girlfriend relationships the vision of this forum? The front page of Hey-Ai says

Is this a dating site? Some of our users would say it is, some are here for exchanging interracial dating experiences in our forum, to learn Japanese, Chinese, Korean etc. with a language partner, to meet new friends, talk about their hobbies etc.^^

First, I think the way 'boy/girlfriend' material can be better communicated (again probably from American pop culture) unless if that's how the admins want to communicate on a sticky/an official post. Second, I think it should better match the vision of the website, or the website's vision can be changed.
