i used to work out in the gym but since covid i stopped go to the gym which was very frustrating for me. i decided to buy some dumbbells to workout at home. working out helps me to maintain my work-life-balance and it helps me esspecially to get less frustrated since we are not be able to meet friends and families like we are used to

Ahh working out is really useful for keeping the balance. I personally haven’t gone back to the gym either cause of covid and for a bit working out at home was great, but I got so off track once school started again TT I’m glad you stuck with it! I’ll try to get back at it also!
