Vegetarian recipes in 20 minutes or less? was created by thadeusz
I'm looking for low effort vegetarian recipes that can be done in 20 minutes or less. I prefer warm dishes. Anyone got recommendations?

It is an honor to try to help you and share some recommendations.
* Broccoli, mango and pistachio mousse. (15 to 20 minutes of preparation).
What you should buy (for 2 to 3 people)
-1 medium whole broccoli (approximately 500 grams)
-100 grams of pistachio
-4 cloves of garlic
-1 ripe mango
-Turmeric
-Curry
-Sweet pepper
-Soy sauce
-Olive oil
Step-by-step procedure.
•Clean the broccoli branches and preserve the cut stems.
•Boil for 5 minutes allowing it to remain crisp.
•Sauté the garlic cloves for less than a minute without burning but giving off their flavors.
•Peel the mango and remove the seed. You are going to put it through the processor along with the garlic, soy sauce and spices. You can put a little oil, preferably olive.
•Sauté the pistachio in a pan with a drop of oil and when ready mix with the mango sauce and place it on top of the broccoli.
I hope I have helped! 🌌✨

* Chickpeas in spinach cream
(15 to 20 minutes of preparation). (for 2 people)
INGREDIENTS:
•500 to 600 grams of chickpeas
•250 grams of spinach
•8 cloves of garlic
•Sweet paprika (at least 3-4 tablespoons)
•Olive oil
•Marine Salt and pepper
Two Step procedure:
° Sauté the garlic until golden brown (although it prevents them from burning because they taste bad).
°Cook the spinach in half a cup of water for 6 to 7 minutes without overcooking. Also add the sweet paprika. If you wish, you can add salt and a drop of oil.
°Add the previously cooked chickpeas and stir for 5 to 6 minutes, to serve hot.
I hope I have helped! 🌌✨

In the case of gluten allergic ,
INGREDIENTS:
-Asian gluten-free rice
-Impossible meat ( or any protein of choice )
-Vegan kimchi(optional)-Korean pickles ( radish and burdock )
-fresh lettuce -Korean Ssamjang (straight translate "raw sauce" it's vegan )
-Korean light soy sauce ( light soy sauce is more salty , dark soy is sweeter and for colouring)
-sesame oil.
cook impossible meat through panfry , add sesame oil and soy into the rice and mix well, wrap up accordingly like the photo and you're good to go, hope this help.
