What can you cook?

My favorite thing to cook is sweets.

I am trying to perfect macaroons now. Ahah wish me luck on that one.

Basically, I can follow any recipe with a considerate amount of skill and creativity and my own input, everyone should be able to cook well. If you can do business or crunch numbers and paperwork, but don't spend time to cook, you are missing out on life, buddy.

Not into baking and pastries. Although I used to decorate cakes. I've made ice cream before when I was a kid, that was fun... From scratch.

I can bbq and grill steaks well. You want it medium rare, done. You want it well done, no problem. You can get a good cut, but over do it. I don't like to overwhelm my meats in general with all types of seasoning and sauces. The taste of the meat is more unique. Why have a steak that tastes entirely of something else?

The best thing I can make is a hearty breakfast lol. Pancakes, bacon, eggs. I can poach eggs and make Hollandaise sauce and put all over smoked salmon over a buttered English muffin.

I'd like to learn how to make a good Bibimbap or Udon, soups and bowl stuff.

French cooking is too creamy, I love Italian food but it can get boring. Asian dishes are the way to go, SO much variety from region to region. But with meats, America is the best, even seafood meats, therefore America has the best outdoor BBQing.

The best meal I've ever had was pizza in New York City. One of the worst meals I've ever had was Paella in Madrid, Spain... Too damn salty.

Too much spice can ruin food for me. I'm not of those crazy spice guys lol.

I like fishing and going home with the catch, gutting the fish and preparing them for frying. Something I'd like to take up in Florida. Lots of trophy fishing in FL too, but to do that one needs a big big boat for offshore stuff. Something to invest in, i suppose.

It depends what the person wants, various dishes from my country and from other countries..

What can I cook? Pretty much anything. I just throw things I find in the fridge in a pan and pray...
