What can you cook?

^You should try a pressure cooker if you don't already have one and are going to be cooking a lot of beans.

I've been trying my hand at sous vide lately. I'm pretty happy with the results for a few things, like salmon, half-boiled eggs, scallops, asparagus, brussels sprouts, skirt steak. Pics of a few of my better attempts (the rest look like pandemonium , lol) below.

I can cook almost anything with a recipe.

Chinese and Dominican Food, plus most deserts.
Tho I am willing to start cooking classes this semester I want to be able to cook different dishes.

I made red pork belly this week

I can make a vegan to meaty food.
Almost anything you want, but I can't make any dessert....

I can also make cakes..

I'm ok at instant noodles

Like some people have already said, I can make lots of stuff as long as there is a recipe, but here are some things I made recently:

Chinese Sausage Fried Rice
Zhajiang Mian (Noodles with Soybean paste) with Soft Boiled Eggs
Spinach and Tomato Omelette
Breakfast Burritos
Mac and Cheese from scratch
Garlic Butter and Spinach with Chickpea Pasta
Turkey and Chicken Bolognese
Beef Stew
Ribeye Steaks with Baked Veggies
Reverse Sear Boneless Prime Rib with a Smoked Paprika and Rosemary compound butter
KFC Style Fried Chicken

Oh and I made homemade apple sauce once lol.

I can't bake desserts for crap though.
