Do I need to say I'm joking? I guess not, because I belive people can be intelligent no matter if they have the Abitur or not.

Some ppl don't get my sense of humor, they think I'm serious when I'm joking and think I'm joking when I'm serious.

Also, humor is not universal. It's hard to know what someone is really thinking of your not talking in person.

Their education system has always eluded me. I'm sure it's quite efficient.

What is the difference between, for example, the Gymnasium and Realschule paths? Is the Realschule path more concentrated on the sciences, oder?

I've heard that attending a German higher learning institution is of little to no cost in tuition compared to, say, the ridiculous cost of attending a top-ranked University in New England, for instance. Sounds good, what's not to like?

as far as i know . uni hamburg and uni muenchen do not accept abi each other. lol
