I NEED A HAND! Can anyone tell me how you learned Japanese?

Im not japanese,cant really talk japanese because im too shy.
But i learned words of japanese dubbed anime.
And i can understand most of the phrases what they say!

i think,you will need a japanese friend to talk with,to learn perfect japanese. (me too)
