It be easier for the admins and mods not to delete any more profiles. Just tell them to not log in anymore and that's it.
Lots of forums has the no delete profiles/accounts policy as it makes running the forum much easier for them. Also it prevents forgery so no one else are able to re-register the same username.

Perhaps in certain cases, you may lock the profile of a member's request until a member wants it unlocked in a future date.

Anyways, just suggesting it here as I'm glad there are helpful people running Hey-Ai.
