It's very difficult to put a label on these things because my mood changes. So to somewhat answer your question it would have to be someone who is understanding. A woman who can love me at my worst and appreciate me at my best. Other than that.....Boobies?

Three things:

First, she must be interested in becomeing more than friends. It all starts from there. I will take the lead of our rekationship only if she is willing to follow. Otherwise, let's just stay friends. Many guys kiss up to girls who are not interested in them. In the end they turn themselves into those girls' killing time toys. That costs them a lot of time and energy and eventually leads to friend zone.

Second, she must know how to communicate. A lot of girls are very good at joking around. However, when the time comes for them to conveying ideas or expressing themselves, they make it very difficult for others to understand. A girl does not have to be smart or intelligent, but in order for a relationship to work well, communication definitely plays a crucial role.

Third, she must have positive attitudes. People who always have positive attitudes can resolve a conflict much quicker than who don't. Drama is fun and exciting, but if it can't produce anything useful or fruitful, it is just another path that lead to miseries in a relationship. With the right attitude, in spite of having different values and personalities, two can still create harmony in a relationship.
