depends on what people are looking for though
miscellaneous/platonic love or a long lasting relationship is handle differently when approaching it, in my opinion.

It could also be that we're all shallow to a certain degree. Personally, I think that women are similar to men with their concern over physical traits, but with the addition of other factors as well. Guys aren't as simple as that and girls aren't, either.

You may very well be right, though I was basing my opinion mainly off of personal experience.

Indeed. My comment was more of a general comment about the whole range existing in both genders and for some, it's more absolute. Others (might) change as time goes on. Some might stay like that forever.
