So what is it that attracts you to the opposite sex?

Well, everyone has his own preferences. Some people especially like blondes, some like tall guys, thin girls, a special kind of clothing...
Why is it the way it is? Cause there's something that appeals to them. And sometimes you don't even know why.

To me Asians are more attracting than any other race. Does that mean that I would not date my own race? No. Does that mean that I find EVERY single Asian betterlooking than white guys? Of course not.
But yeah, there is something on Asians that catches my eye way easier.
I see no problem with that. And btw I think going for looks is way better than going for "values" and "characteristics" that guys from a special race are rumored to have. That, in my opinion, is way more superficial, cause characteristics are more individual than looks what means it's harder to generalise them and chances are higher you wont get a guy with the values you were told guys from that race have.

Going for looks: You know what you get at the very first moment. If he attracts you, you approach. And then you find out about his character - if you like it, you maybe become a couple.
Going for allegedly values: Thinking that this guy you met has all this values you were told of, cause hey, he's Asian! And all Asians are the same! But then you maybe wake up and see that he is not that "typical Asian", and you don't like him anymore.

I think the whole "preference" thing is pure rubbish.
it's just about sounding politically correct. white girls think they are handsome.
is that more than enough? due to the popularity and rise of asian media..I don't think it's hard to figure out.

just because it's a hardline answer doesn't make it bad but it sounds harsh to people's ears when they hear it.

sorry I just can't stand this upright political correctness when a lot of users on here are guilty of it. Not saying it's a bad thing but I don't see why people cover up the truth, to look good? I don't know but the truth is the truth. it's a lot of reasons really...if not asking why? then ask why not?..

if it's shallow then let's just admit that here and now because beating around the bush isn't going to get us anywhere. let's just admit the things we like and stop feeling so hurt because more people might have preferences over other things/stuff/people. tl;dr white girls just like asians more nowadays, that hard?

Sorry, maybe you are blinded because of this site, cause here are only girls that like Asian guys, of course, and the amount of the girls here maybe gives you the impression that ALL white girls think this way.
BUT!
It's not like this.
I don't know ANY other girl, that likes Asians. Everytime I say "Yeah, I like Asians =]" they give me a look like they just can't believe it and then ask "Why? I don't find them attractive in any way...*shakes head*
