I take marriage very serious.

Marriage to me it's like a covenant between both responsible and mature partners that made an oath to never separate and to be there during the good and bad times until death do them apart. But first I have to take years to get to know my partner well and get to know his friends, family, job, etc. And he will get to know about me personally.
Not every marriage is going to be perfect like how the media portraits it. It takes so much hard work to maintain it, it's just like taking care of the lawn.
There are so many divorces in today's society much more higher than centuries ago because some people get into the marriage for the wrong reasons like material gain, deception, social status, etc.
I would never want to follow a trend like getting married just because most of my friends in the same town are getting married. I make a decision carefully before getting married.

Been there done that, however marriage is a serious step, unfortunately people sometimes marry for the wrong reason & it's usually in the financial dept. I'm not sure if I would want to marry again (reasons.) But marriage isn't a joke & it's a huge commitment & should be treated preciously
