If you don't mind me asking, what is it that you want to study and what is it that your parents want you to study?

I am going to study Coiffure Design, while my parents want me to study ANYTHING but that, would be better if i studied programming or anything to do with IT. But that's not what i'm passionate about.

Is there a way to do both? Can you have your parents help pay for studies in IT while you study Coiffure Design on the side? Or, do what your parents want you to do for school, then when you get out, do whatever you want. At least you'll always have that degree to fall back on. I don't know you well enough to be so presumptuous, but I have a feeling your parents are already proud of you, they're just worried for you.

Epik High - It's Cold. I liked it. Reminded me of Fort Minor's Where'd You Go.

I'm not gonna be pushed around even if it's by my parents. I saw their mistakes, i saw my mom studying economics even if she didn't want it, and her diploma is standing unused right now, she's doing her favorite job that does not require a degree in economics, that means she wasted 4 years, i would need to waste at least 6 years in programming. I don't have that much time to waste. I'm gonna do what I want to do, not what they want me to do. I had decided that when I was still a kid.

Hey Siga, do what you want to do but, just for the record, usually here in the US at least, technical colleges offer certification programs in information technology that most students can complete in one or two years of information technology classes. If you desire to study more, you can earn an Associate’s Degree in two years or a Bachelor’s Degree in four years. Some students who desire to pursue their education further can get computer science or engineering Master’s Degrees in two or three additional years. Beyond those, there are doctorate programs so students can earn a PhD in engineering, computer science, programming, or technology.

Point being, you can make a decent living here in the US with only two years of study of computer programming languages. My cousin, who lives in Seattle, makes a decent living as a Java Developer and he I believe only has a couple IT diplomas. He makes $40k/year. So come to the US and marry me and you can begin your study as an IT major, or Cosmetology major asap.

:woohoo:
