Your level of suffering will be indirectly proportional to the level of love you put into something.
The more you love the more it'll hurt. You have to learn not to attach yourself to anything or anyone from the beginning. Stay neutral to adapt to any of life circumstances (good and bad). Everything is in constant change and nothing is permanent, keep that in mind.

So the only way is unconditional love; giving without never expecting anything in return. Always wishing the best for others, and understand that sometimes that means being without you. Being selfless. If you can attain this level, you will know contentedness, peace and happiness. That is the way of the Buddha, neutral, always in the present, flexible and adaptable, egoless, always at peace.

dude, metal is my life, and iam only gay for 3 people, i love bruce the most, then rob, then steve, personally i like bruce because he's cute, he's just adorable, charming and nice, but rob, he's a cutie,(his personality thou) and steve, he's a genius, he's so emotionally touching but whyy is rob the only one gay NOOOOOO !!!!!!!!
