i dont know how you take criticism... but im gonna give it to you anyway lol...
darker tones would do wonders for your painting .... like if you painted the surrounding negative space in all black - this would make the leopard pop out much much more. and creating a directional light source always makes any painting way more dramatic.
coool -- so i hope you dont mind but i took the liberty of photoshopping your painting to show you what i mean..
thanks for sharing
...or dont listen to me at all and do ur own thang lol..

You already have balance and focal point, what's missing most is lighting which will create contrast. Right now, the negative space is blended with the positive (which isn't necessarily a bad thing). Some shading around the eyes, neck, and cheeks would go a long way in making the eyes an even bigger focal point and making your artwork "pop".
As well, (this is probably just me) I feel that the pupils are a bit on the tiny side.

I am really digging the textured look. You have a lot of potential--keep at it~! It's better than anything I can do using traditional mediums.

Thanks! I worked with a tablet of over a decade but I could never say I'm fluent with it. It's nothing like directly drawing on a surface (pen and paper / cintiq). All I'm fluent with is using the "Undo" button.

I had bought an Intuos but never used it. I'm not even sure where it is anymore. It's lost somewhere up in Canada where I grew up. My dream back then was to buy a Cintiq but could never see myself forking out that kind of cash when I'm perfectly happy using my battle-worn Graphire.
Sure thing, I'd be more than happy to critique people's work.
