Do you know any good apps that allow you to watch movies with your online friends?

A Hey-Ai movie night sounds interesting, why not.

My ex-gf and I initially used Skype to watch movies together etc., but the quality of the video wasn't acceptable to me (she was fine with it).

I remembered that I use a program called Teamviewer for some of my services for work and it rang a bell inside. The quality of the stream was a bit better than that of Skype BUT I am picky and did not accept it's quality either.

So in the end, we decided to both obtain the same movie on both ends and just do a verbal countdown of "3...2...1... PLAY!" where of course we would hit play and be pretty much in-sync from beginning to end. It allowed us two-way communication, movie audio, a PIP box video feed of ourselves and a scalable video stream of whichever movie we chose to watch.

Check it out, read the instructions and play with it a little because it has lots of little features. If you have questions just holla.

Teamviewer is nice but that's not what its used for lmao.

Chrissy. You should've came to me LOL do you even know how powerful my internet is? Go to speedtest.net and run a speed test. No matter how good the streaming service is, there will always be a delay between you both which is why you should've asked me cause I could stream the movie for the two of you in hd. It depends in your network. If its powerful I could teach you how to stream or you could ask me to stream so you both will have sync-ed movie times. If you stream, your bf will have around a 10 sec delay. 56gb is nothing btw.
