I do Judo for 9 years now ! Been in competitions and I love it. I'm also getting my Sensei belt right now and I can't wait to start teaching on the military base :) That Martial art means a lot to me. Peace of mind, discipline, and way of living :)

I did tae kwon do when I was growing up. But living in the US, it is completely useless in self-defense.
You either get a glock 42 with CC or the next best thing - Krav Maga. The Israeli's are smart. they only teach their military what is practical.

No I will check him out, It would be nice to start practicing at home before entering a class. Do you practice?
