Enormous talent, heartbreaking story: Bix Beiderbecke, jazz cornetist and composer.
First Sorry:
And second Singin' the Blues (1927): after a brief and mixed intro, Frankie Trumbauer begins his solo at 00:09 on C-melody saxophone. At 1:05 Beiderbecke enters on cornet: goes from introverted to delicate improvisation; then at 1:33 he re-enters with an abrupt and dramatic rip
and closes his solo with bluesy playing. A masterpiece!

I do enjoy listening to jazz podcasts once in awhile; Woody Herman is by far my favorite

Wow thats a nice piece, I love it! I like the addition of an Eastern instrument in there in contrast to full use of Eastern instrumentals like the 12 Girls Band. The 12 Girls Band is still nice though
