How to get over someone fast?

Listen ugh, I don't know you very well but I know a female friend of mine who always needed to be with someone. She always needed a bf and she was desperate to find one when she loses one. So my first advice is don't go dating other people to relieve your pain. I know you've probably heard some people tell you to go on the dating scene again to forget your ex or what not. Because it is unfair to the other person to be in a relationship with you if you are not ready for one.

What I recommend is going out with friends, or exercising. Exercising is a great way to make your dude jealous cus he isn't having any of that. However, if you really want to try and fix the relationship, I also have some advice for that.

You are currently in a push-pull factor with this guy. What I mean by this is that the further he tries to get away from you, the more you will gravitate towards him. The further you gravitate towards him, the further he'll have room to move backwards. What you need to do is not push, but pull. You can do this by agreeing with his choice to not talk to you and cut off all contacts with him. Now you are the one doing the pulling, not him. You now have him wrapped up have him thinking if he made the right choice because he will really lose you for good if he decides to not contact you. And sooner than you know, you'll receive a call or text from him.

I agree with Wintersonnet. Its going to take time, but you have to do it in your own way. The only advice I could give you, is don't do the 'Get a rebound' route. Thats not being fair to yourself, or the prospective ' Rebound' guy either. Your a pretty gal, and you seem pretty nice, so i'm sure you'll find someone better, soon. : )

At times like these, why not do what you always wanted to do with your own personal life? I admit I've been stuck in a time like this and it lasted for a long time because it was a really strong bond. Probably the most difficult time period of my life! -__________-

What I try to do is look for a new meaning to life, although all the time it's very difficult because it's such a depressing feeling. Try to take this experience as best as you can, learn from it and use it as motivation to do what you always wanted now that you're free! Because once you find someone, there's no time for you anymore!

I'm not one of those people that neeeeds someone, ive either been in horrible relationships or alone my whole life so it ain't no biggy. Now a days just feels a little lonely , but i'll get over it soon i hope Haha i definately am gonna work out though, was planning to anyways, n it will be great for summer over here

Just calm yourself down for awhile and think; "there are lots of hot men outthere why should I get stress over one."

Start talking to other people. Delete that person off your contacts. Think about something else when you are about to think of that person. Keep your mind busy. Getting over someone you use to love and care about is not easy. It will take time to get over someone but I know you can do it. Stay strong and be positive.
