How to get over someone fast?

Well from My own experience it is harder to dribble the ball pass someone fast enough or even do the spin move so I think this is the fastest way to do it:

Hmm... I don't know if this would work for everybody but it sorta worked for me in many ways.. not just relationship troubles.

Firstly, admit the faults. As a guy, I like to own up to my mistakes and this helps me understand the whole situation better rather than trying to pass the blame.

If it was her problem, she liking somebody else over you or just lost interest in you, then try to convince yourself that you deserve better.. or if you can't, then just think of all the positive experiences you have gained from the relationship. This somehow subconsciously drives me into thinking that "its not the end of the world" and then I can have this same experience with anybody else that I am going to be with. Of course, I am still single and perhaps awaiting my own fantasy girl to come true but back to the point, feelings come and go and may happen to anybody. I was told and also believe that "love" is just an act of chemical reactions in the human body which deceives and shapes the way we view everything else around us.

Next, try finding something to do.. say like a hobby. Whenever I'm stressed, I would go down to the courts alone and just have a few hard goes at the ring. It gets a little frustrating when I miss my shots as I have a tendency to do so whenever I am super stressed/depressed but hey, I'm getting these tensions out of my system and it helps especially with the whole physical exercise going on. I like doing this in the middle of the night (my suburb is pretty safe so no, I won't get stabbed or anything) and its the quietness of it all that sort of soothes my agitations.

Speak to someone, anyone, a friend, or even me =D I personally find it really easy to get things out if you just talk it all out on someone. I'm sure this person that you're talking to wouldn't mind being drowned by your griefs and sorrows and isn't that what friends are for?

Make myself busy, busy with my studies, works, assignments, club and join any events no matter society event, Hey-Ai event, Rotaract's events, United Nation events and etc. And of course, I would listen pretty much songs, mostly will be blue and sad songs, and if possible will write a song about her.

Well, "don't give up a forest over a tree", and "there always a rainbow after a heavy rain"; and I know there are pretty much pretty and nice girls in the world, just gotta find them.

it takes time...

for me it helps if I try to get better at work and climb the ladder step by step or helping people e.g. moving, repairing.
in freetime trying to reach the edge of the world by driving without any goals.
maybe this also works for you.

time will heal for sure...but it takes time.

Hm...I don't really know. When I am trying to get over someone, I normally cut off contact. Though I saw a guy like every day I was into, it helped to delete him from my FB-contact list, so I won't see when he's online etc.
That's the only thing that kind of helps me...the rest just comes with time.

I also tried to get over him by trying to find someone else I could be interested in...but I noticed that this didn't really helped.

you can get over person through hatred

Delete ALL contact of the person, find someone else. Trust me it works
