Do you think eating animal organs is disgusting?

All of my caucasian friends never eat animal organs, they think those are disgusting e.g. stomach, intestine, liver, testis, etc. in which some of them is quite popular in asian culture or when you go to yum cha. They even think that eating chicken feet is terrible too.

No. In fact, eating animal organs is not exclusive to Asian cultures.
If you ever encounter any ethnocentric dope who says eating organs is barbaric, you can kindly inform them that many European cultures have similar customs. Many types of sausages are made of animal intestines and blood, for example.

no its not disgusting. As a matter of fact, organs are usually considered delicacies in most countries. They are often the most expensive on the menu.

I think the main reason people don't like those kind of food is not the taste, but the texture. For example, most people don't like sushi because it has a weird texture, not because it taste bad.

sometimes when im cooking for other people ill sneak in a liver of some sort and then after they compliment my cooking ill be like HAHA you just ate liver

actually Im a white girl who use to eat organs and had no problem o.o my great gandmother ate pickled pigs feet. and since half my family is hispanic we use to eat munduo alot. it tasted great but thought the white chunks are chicken. wrong! found out as a teen its cows stomach and now I wont eat it. that ruined it for me. and then my friend made me watch the peta website. how horrible I cried amd lived on crackers and water for two weeks literally. o.o I wont eat at certain resturants like mc donalds and refuse to eat certain things at restuaranunts. some times its best not to ask what you are eating._. js

Actually I rarely eat some organs especially intestine. There was a time I have dinner with friends and ordered a dish with goose intestine. However I noticed that it may not be cleaned thoroughly because I really smelled and tasted some shit there. After that I refuse to try any intestine...

Something that is disgusting is "bäverhojt" haha.. but lets not talk about it.

Some of them are quite tasty! pig's tongue and blood and caviar, etc.
