I think that is pig blood, it is banned in Singapore though. I have never tried, I find it disgusting. But i eat Pig intestines and whatever.

Yeah it's pig's blood. If you think about what it is, you'd think it's nasty. But it's soooooooooooooo good lol, although I suppose the sauce contributes to it overall haha

I'm not a picky eater, as long it's cook properly with bowl a rice....Chow down time.

To each their own but it is not for me. I have tasted liver and chitlings before and did not like the texture or flavor.

I don't eat chitterlings too. I instinctively don't like all intestine~haha


By the way, I didn't like cooked fish (I am so lazy that I don't like bones) and raw oyster couple of years ago. But now I love them a lot
