Do you think eating animal organs is disgusting?

Delicious if cooked right.

It's an interesting topic^^I think I'm the only white girl among the people I know who eats pretty much any animal organs lol. Agree with wintersonnet- they can be quite delicious.
I guess for most people it's a matter of what you're used to since your childhood.
Too bad not a lot of girls comment here, would be interesting to know opinions on this from different countries^^

Can't say I've ever tried any (not that I've been able to identify anyway) but if it was part of a soup or something I guess I'd be game.

Probably because those organs are dirty, that what most of my australian friends told me.

Yeah that's what I find it interesting. It is also depended on geographical locations as well.
My friends love Japanese food such as suchi, but from here I notice that caucasian girls in some Europe countries can't stand with the texture of raw fish.
Probably because Australia is surrounded by sea and fish is one of the largest food source here.

Hmm. Well I can understand why people in Australia are ok with raw fish...but sushi is pretty popular in a lot of countries. In Russia it's quite popular and expensive, and alomst everyone loves it. And we eat raw salted fish at home too lol. But I did notice that a lot of poeple in Canada are quite negative about it,especially black people.
Sushi is not a big deal though..but when it comes to lives, hearts, stomach, testics etc...not a lot of people like it.

Maybe because shapes of organs look similar to humans? And usually they are often sold in raw which may have more nasty smell than raw meat and is that why people don't accept organs?
Usually in restaurant those organs are made in good texture and looking form, so people may not hate them too much.
