Worst injuries?

My friend and I were discussing the worst injuries we've ever had and I was going on and on about the tragic time I got a concussion in hockey. I thought I was all badass, until she told me she once fell off a 2 story FERRY BOAT onto the DOCK and landed on her FACE. Damn. She said she had to get reconstructive surgery for her face, and she also shattered like every bone in her left arm. WTF. Deeerp.


So, tell us: What was the worst injury you ever had and how did you get it?

right elbow was almost broken because some douche couldn't cycle normal infront of me.

Fractured left collarbone, fighting for the puck along the boards and somehow I lost my footing, all of a sudden this guy came out from nowhere check me against the plexiglass then my left arm went numb. To this day I have a tingling sensation on my left arm.

Fractured left wrist: Playing football with friends when I was in middle school.

I also got kick in the neck while playing soccer in high school. I attempted to head-butt the ball, little did I know the guy on the other team next to me did a really fast (and illegal) bicycle kick. Anyway, I blacked out, knocked out cold, and was brought to sideline after being revived. I ended up shaking hands with the other player shortly afterwards. I was never too good at soccer and other sports, but there is one thing I've always had when competing - a rare gift - I've always had a lot of good sportsmanship mentality. After being kicked in the neck and going unconscious, I almost immediately got back up and wanted to keep playing. But the coach wouldn't let me and sat me on the bench. That's what sports is truly about, having the heart of a champion.

I've never broken anything luckily ^.^

My worst injuries was when I was riding my horse, she had a bucking bronco fit and threw me off, sadly I landed flat on my back which paralysed my legs for a little while >.< so I was just lying there lol trying to tell my pony not to run around anymore. No one was around but some woman came in luckily, yelling at my pony in german lol

Oh! And the time I was riding a young horse called Heidi, I jumped her over a fence, but as she was so big, I didn't expect her to cat leap the fence so early, I fell onto her neck on the other side, she kept going and took a sharp turn causing me to fall onto the fence on my chin, barely missing my throat...my mum thought she witnessed me breaking my neck >.< but I was fine, it just FRIKKIN HURT!

I guess a broken heart is not really an injury, cause otherwise that would def be my worst one!

Ok, my worst injury then was when I was a child,tripped down the stairs and split my chin open... Hardly remembered it tho as I was so little... But I do remember thinking that I was flying... Until the hard marble of the stairs hit my face lol

Broke my nose when I was 2 years old(and that's why i hate it so much now....it's uglyyy :sick: )

About 3 or 4 years ago I fall off a horse and landed on my face,luckily I didn't break anything this time but it's still was painful

A dog bit my finger,but she didn't mean to do it.we were playing....but because she's a pitbull it was kinda....OUCH....lol i still remember that finger looked like a bleeding sausage
And unfortunatly it left a scar....like I don't have enough scars from my cat....lol

And i'm sure there are more accidents...
What can I say....i'm a very unlucky person

My boyfriend at the time bought me a pair of kama, and I was so exited messing around with them, that I sliced my own arm O_O..... I had to rush to the emergency, I lost alot of blood!
