Worst injuries?

I broke both of my legs on snowboard few years ago.

Fractured my face, separated my shoulder, and multiple concussions on different occasions.

Managed to get a paper-cut on my lip... stings like hell. It's hindering my consumption of salt and vinegar crisps.

Definitely the broken heart...
But physically dislocated ankles /a problem that wont leave from my childhood untill now/ , later encountered shoulder and wrist /I avoid sport better/ , some years ago inflammation of the intercostal /the most awful injury/ and thanks of my last work the last 2 years problems with the right shoulder blade
Cant await what I will meet in the future, I am jsut 31 and alreadz a physicall wreck

broke an ankle a couple of years ago now there's a titanium plate in there. idk if getting an appendectomy counts as
an injury, but i had one last month.

Thougth about calling the National Accident Helpline Jin? I'm pretty sure you have a substantail claim somewhere for the emotianal trauma you are suffering right now........underdog.

I'm consulting with my solicitor... those damn envelope manufacturers... and their razor sharp envelope flaps!
I think a claim to Walkers crisps is in order for compounding my agony with their salty snacks!

Feel like such a wuss. No compound fractures or nothing. Only had a lacerated middle finger that was sliced open on the underside of a metal walkway on a rail car. Was knocking off a brake ratchet with a special tool, and thumped it. Small thud like rapping your knuckles on a doorway in a hurry out, with an extra pinch. Finished turning the brake wheel when I noticed white skin where there should have been black glove. Took a closer look, saw a thin red line like a scratch from a rosebush, pushed the glove up, and noticed my skin just slid up to the knuckle, and was all white underneath. Got some stitches.

Close call once though. In Army, & fast roped off of a small helicopter. Came off the bench & got my weapon stuck on it rotating around. The other 3 guys already went, & when my weapon hung & the sling caught me before releasing me to fall the bird rocked. I remember looking up at the pilot as he looked down at me. I could tell he was worried. It all happened in slow motion. I was falling backwards & remember hitting the ground with a light slap. The back of my helmet, shoulder blades, buttocks, calves, and boot heels all hit at the same time. I felt a jolt of adrenaline, & thought to myself "Dude I hope I'm not paralized" & wiggled my toes in my boots. They worked, and immediately the embarrassment took over & I rolled up & ran to where the other guys werre. Our Company Commander had roped in on the bird right before ours, & was like "Which one of you guys fell off the helicopter?" I had the great joy of sheepishly yelling "I did sir."

That sucked, but it sure beat being another 5-10 feet up cause I would have come down on my head first the way I was rotating during the fall.

Fractured my right elbow thanks to being on the receiving end of an armbar gone wrong during MMA training.

No fun.
