Kidding, I normally take long walks or ride my bike near the ocean. The sound of the waves and the breeze from the ocean is very calming to me.

I usually go for a run, box, or if i'm really stressed, I go to the shooting range. Yoga is good -after- one of these, when i'm stressed, to relieve tension. : )
