For guys their best bet is to have a body mass index between 20 and 24. Not only is it the BMI range of more than 90% of soccer (football for the rest of the world) players and swimmers but it is also the weight associated with the lowest mortality. It's healthy.

As long as he eats as much as he wants it's all good.
Honestly I don't mind if someone is chubbier than average so.
Looks fade after all.
