it's fun to learn. i recommend it to anyone in the East who wants to learn how, and it saves lives, as the article stated.

*i can't remember exactly, but i think it takes less than one afternoon to teach it. the rest of the time is just spent practicing it.

places like youtube will probably show a few lessons, but always have a trainer nearby when in the pool in case they need to help you get out of the deep end of a pool.

some of Kate Middleton's (the Duchess of Cambridge's) clothes are pretty, but she picks a lot of granny clothes to wear sometimes. :sick:

this video is long, but she says, in her family and the families of lots of her friends, there are relatives who don't help each other out and are taking advantage of other family members by making them pay for everything even though they are healthy enough to contribute. she's saying this happens a lot. is that a common problem in China? i only ask because i just want to know how things are or what to be aware of. (my own family has people that have tried to get away with stuff like this, so i have seen that sort of thing firsthand.)
