i'm intrigued by the subject already, though. the latest show on Oprah talks about being a compassionate leader (or CEO), otherwise workers aren't going to give a crap about coming to work. i thought "wow, what an interesting way of taking things to the next level." it's still all about the old adage of "putting yourself in someone else's shoes," but they kind of went deeper with it.
