spent time watching these videos. this is part 4. seems so rewarding to be a teacher, even though the work is not easy.

i did not know that men in South Korea are being beaten (as part of hazing or by commanding officers) when they are serving military duty. a human rights organization has a phone number for them to call and report these things, but i don't know if that even means they are guaranteed safety. this is unheard of to me. extremely violent crimes taking place, include homicide.

can someone please tell me if netizens in China usually raise money for people in need, like Shi, when they hear stories like this? is it almost a guarantee that someone will step up and help? when i google search for his case, i can't find anything about a fundraiser, but i'm hoping one has been set up for him and i would like to see where the results of it are. his kind of cancer is very severe, hence labeled as acute.
