Tell me something you recently found beautiful.

maybe we should find something "beautiful" or nice about ourselves each day as a reminder we need to not neglect ourselves, such as "i tried my best or did well at school or work today" or "i'm a loyal person" or fill in the blank. it'll at least make us realize if we can't come up with anything, we're not putting enough effort into taking care of ourselves. (where is the positive inner dialogue at, i mean.)

*it is a practice, though, in some parts of the East not to compliment oneself but to let friends and family say what a person's positives are, so i wonder what people say to themselves, then, under these circumstances.

I always enjoy one of my favourites seasons of the year which is spring and I always find beautiful see the changes in the trees and the variety of flowers. Vancouver always celebrate the cherry blossoms we have everywhere and tulips... Beautiful
