It depends on the Kdrama story line. Some can be bit over dramatic then others. They are a few that are very good. I like Kdrama's over SOAP operas. They don't go on and on and on. I haven't watched the one you're talking about. Sometimes the lead characters aren't always my favorite. The second lead tends to be my fav. My favorite at times are the Historical Kdrama's. The one that upsets me to this day is Empress Ki. Made me so upset.

oh ok, thank you. yes, the one i'm watching is awful. i'm supposed to fall to pieces over these characters and only one is interesting. i'll google Empress Ki and keep searching for more. "who do they think is going to fall for this stuff?" i keep thinking. there is no personality in the leads, just like you mentioned. oh my god, and a new person pops up (a family member or old love interest) for every character in the story that we're supposed to feel sentimental about on the spot. (and, yes, soap operas are not bearable for me. ) oh well, i'll keep searching.

Kim Mungsoo is supposed to be really good at playing a confident and tough jerk or cold-shouldered band member in Shut Up Flower Boy Band. he makes me think he'll be really good at melting into other roles. i've only seen clips of that, too.

Day off, nice weather outside, and no one wants to do anything, or they're busy....FML....it's boring.
