People are so predictable.
I hate it.
If that's predictable then you knew that will be the result after your response. So you made your response expecting that reaction. So what's the big deal?
This is part of your own fault. Sorry to be so blunt. You are socially ignorant to understand that you don't have to order coffee at a café. I don't think she is interested in the coffee or whether you like coffee or not. She just wanna talk to you. You could have thought about ordering ice water or your choice of beverages. You are the one who blew it, not her, because she thinks now what kind of person you are: A person who only likes to gratisfy your own selfish desire without thinking the larger picture of what she really wants. That could be true in the sense of your choice of words.
I said it is part of her faults well, because you did say OK which she failed to grasp. Maybe she thinks you are just saying it. You seemed to be an honest man who knows what you want and are willing to put up with what you don't want. The reason is that you actually wrote down your thoughts of disappointment. I think she should give you a chance to redeem because it is a little misunderstanding and immaturity on both of your parts.
I hope this is a lesson learned.
I think you guys might be underestimating how much westerners love their coffee. Coffee is a magical gift from the earth, so for someone to openly admit they don't like it to someone who does is like saying you're an atheist to a devout believer. Deal breaker.
Guys, thank you all for your insightful comments (especially Zaphnath). I did not know how she will react, but I can predict that she will no longer talk to me because she is no longer liking anything I post...

One can tell the truth in many ways... I acted like a socially inept kid
this is completely not true. look at the big picture for a second: a misunderstanding took place, that's all. let her know you meant to say you'd love to meet up and you didn't mean it the way it might have sounded.
girls are going to fluff up (make a mistake) in their words, too. i've had to say soooo many times "let me make a correction on what i meant." everyone has a heart attack over everything they said or did when they shouldn't. just try again. and again and again because you're going to mess up later on (like everyone else does) and realize you'll need to explain some other misunderstanding. so, no worries, mate. hopefully she will be happy to hear that you were interested all along.
