Fortunately, I had an extra phone charger in my car so I'm charging my phone through my work computer. Feels good.

Yep, sure do. One is business phone, One is personal phone and one is for my friends online. If I get close enough to my online friends, I give them my personal number.

If you carry the friends online phone with you just like your personal phone, how is giving that number different from giving them you personal number?

Let me see if I can explain this. I activated a phone just for people on here that want to text me. I am not much into messaging (such as hangouts messaging, etc.) as I am on a computer all day coding, not to mention I have a very active lifestyle. So if they need to text me, they can. If I don't know them very well, I don't give them my personal number. They just continue to contact me on the one I activated for my online friends. Plus.. my online friends phone is just texting, not for phone calls. So when I get to know an online friend well, I give them my personal phone number so they can call me if they want. That's the difference really... one phone is text only, the other one is my personal phone that does allow calls and texts. I activated the online friends phone in case someone got stupid and stalkerish (if that is even a word lol). It was to protect myself.
