Woke up with a cold this morning. Serves me right for taking on two people's sickness energy, and it doesn't help I keep having to walk into cool buildings and then go outside in hot and humid weather. Hot then cold, hot then cold. Ugh. Summer colds suck... it's even more uncomfortable in the heat when you're having problems breathing like it is. lol

Few days ago I was worried that me holding my Australian passport won't allow me to register my Chinese Identiy.now i can do that just as I wish,I feel god is my friend.

The hot and cold situation can be eliminated by bring a jacket with you when you enter the build that is much cooler. Since you feel ill, and it could be from flu or beginning signs of fever, it's best that you try to maintain your body temperature at normal 98.6F or 37C. Or else, your body will have to work extra hard to maintain body temperature while fighting off the infection. The result is you will be feeling even worse than you should if you don't treat your illness.

Drink more fluid through out the day. If you think it is signs of flu or fever, then its best you take some medicine that helps to relieve the symptoms or see a doctor before it worsens. I hope you feel better soon. Please take care.
