omg, how does that even make sense if you're picking some people who, by nature, may not handle stress or pressure the way others do? i guess i now understand how men must feel when they have to join. no one would want someone next to them in battle that is too scared to protect or help them if that person is freaking out, instead, and won't pull the trigger because of it. it's always good to have someone crazy next to you who's ready to kill, just kidding, but it's true. or someone with a steady mind, at least. (a personality type that is good at fighting/not reacting. that's how they pick snipers.)
