And if a person craves for sex and rapes, or a person is thirsty for money so they steal from a bank?

The point he was making was that education and nutrition should be considered as basic rights for everyone that people shouldn't be excluded from them because of their economic instability. And being a musician, he also added purchasing CDs as same rights.
