The couple last weeks I'm really into cooking asian food again and try out lots of new recipes. 
Some of the dishes I made:
Ramen of course, always good when it has to be a quick but heart-warming dish
This one is with chicken leg, so it actually took a bit more time - an absolute exception though. 
Kimchi Bokkeumbap, I love to make this when I have too much rice left over. Tastes so good with roasted nori.
Teriyaki Mayo Fried Tofu has become one of my favourite dishes.
Ginger Pork - first time ever, I couldn't find the right meat for this and it looked quite different from the recipe, but it still was full of taste and yummy.
Korean spicy chicken - it was okay, but I was wondering if either the recipe was flawed or it's just not 100% my taste.
Omuraisu, I'm in love! The sauce makes this dish so complete. Next time I should make the portion size smaller though, I was really stuffed.
Tofu Soja Burger, which should have been Chicken-Tofu-Burger, but my minced chicken run bad and I exchanged it with cheaper soy mince. It probably was harder to process but still very yummy. It was worth the struggle!
This is a dish a vietnamese ex cooked several times and I just couldn't get it out of my head, so I finally looked up a recipe. The name should be "Thit Kho Tau", but not sure, as I found other names related to the dish. It's caramelized pork belly with egg and in my case served with cole slaw. Sadly I couldn't find a whole piece of pork belly so I had to use slices instead - they fell apart quite quickly, but the taste was good nonetheless.

Okay, last Ramen for a while, but I had to try this Tantan Ramen recipe. That was definitely the best Ramen I have ever made and was even better than from our local Ramen restaurant.

i'll probably have to make them from scratch. but i suck at making dough. here in oz, german food is only pork knuckle, sausages, and sauerkraut T_T.
